Software Development

I am currently the Software Architect for EA Sports’ Madden NFL video game franchise, in addition to being a development lead and senior software engineer.

My most recent significant development project for EA has been the development of ‘FranTk’, a new technology used to create the “Connected Careers” mode in Madden NFL ’13, and I am currently working with the other EA Sports teams to help them adopt this new technology.

For information about the games I’ve worked on, and for links to my credits, please view my game development page here.

Due to my work for EA I haven’t had much time for other software development projects in recent years, but I previously ran my own software development and architecture consultancy company, and was also actively involved in the open-source software development community.

I’m just starting a new personal project developing on the ‘Raspberry Pi’, a cheap credit-card sized computer developed to help improve pre-college education in computer programming and software engineering. For more information about ‘Raspberry Pi’ check out my page here
